The first thing you need to do if you wish to upload pictures is to have an account with one of the many image sites such as www.photobucket.com. Sign-up is generally free and straightforward to use

1. Upload images to your image site (e.g. photobucket)
2. Open a new or existing topic in the section you wish to post on this site
3. Copy and paste the [IMG.] http;//i5.photobucket.com/xxxxx/xxxxx/.jpg [/IMG.] code from your album into the message box

To copy simply click on the IMG code so it is highlighted blue (see image BELOW) then press CONTROL & C on you keyboard. The image is now copied.



To paste the image into your message box simply click into the message box where you wish the image to go, between or after you message text etc. Then press CONTROL & V and the code should appear in the message box in the image below



4. Then post your message

Please make sure that images are 800 x 600 max, Photobucket will do this for you as long as you click the right resize tab when uploading.

Another thing to be aware of is that if you move or delete albums/images in your image site account the links to any existing images on the forum will be broken so that when anyone views them including yourself you will only have the annoying little white square with the red cross.
