Q. I have followed the Uploading Avatars How-to but I still can’t see images?

A. Is your image to big physical size/memory size, as a guide we have a 120 pixel by 120 pixel size limit although you can go slightly higher, but to big and the forum will automatically delete it so you wont be able to see it

Q. Yes the size is right but still no avatar?

A. Have you made sure that the code is correct for avatars you need the URL link starting http:// not the img code that you normally use for posting messages

Q. Yes I have checked I am using the URL tag and not the img code but still nothing?

A. Have you made sure that the http:// tag is correct some times when you type quickly you can delete a vital bit even a deleted [ ] symbol can give you grief.

Q. My http:// code seems to be OK what now?

A. Just to be on the safe side edit your profile page again and delete the http:// tag then cut and paste it back from your image site. 9 times out of 10 the reason you can’t see images is because the code is wrong and the forum can’t find it.

Q. Right I have re pasted the http:// but I still cant see anything?

A. After you have re edited the http:// tag and saved your updated profile did you refresh your browser page, some browsers will keep the page in its last state even though the update should refresh it automatically.
