You need to go to www.photobucket.com and register. Then upload any images you have on there.There's an option when uploading to resize them for message boards.

When uploaded each image will appear with three bits of info below it. Highlight and copy the bottom bit of info then when you post a message on here just paste it were you want it to appear.
