Heres another completely ignorant question. Best way to knock minor dents out of MK2 mudguard without doing too much damage. Any help is much appreciated

Just use a small toffee hammer with the rounded end. Place the mudguard on the top of a vice or solid metal surface and tap out the dent. The paint may chip off so you may have to repaint with satin or matt black depending on the finish you like.
