heres the 76 5   hub i dont think it matches the frame numbers ,
the frame is oct 76 ,

My MK1 has a couple of months difference between the hub and the frame date, I think most do, yours may be a buckled wheel replacement years ago from a chopper or very early Grifter  

Get some parrafin on a paint brush on that hub and it will come up like new  

yes they could of just used a hub from the stores which was stamped a few months before.  

al leave the wheels till after the credit crunch ,total re furb,

i need mk1 mud gaurds but hard to find this might take time but al keep u all updated,

you could always cut down a mk2 mudguard!

i just used my mk1 mudguard as a template. you cant tell the difference as its exactly the same size! Its a case of having to as the mk1s get rarer!

It worked for my Mk1!!

what part of the country are you in mate and is it ever sunny there? I know it just rained in ascot all summer long!  

i have a mk 2 rear mud guard but dont have a template.what length should i cut it at if u woul b so kind dear sirs
