ok guys what have  i done wrong... slight foreward and up movement in forks( or possibly handlebars, handlebars moved the forks as they should ....

everything looks and feels tight,  what ya think maybe turn the top cone that  goes over the bearings another half turn ?

Take the bars back out, remove top headset nut and lamp bracket, then see if there's any play by moving the fork leg up and down, they shouldn't move if the headset bearing cover nut is done up enough
