Hi, I usually use an old bit of brake cable, bend the end over to make a hook, push it through the hole and let the new cable only just pass it - then pull the hook out with the new cable, takes a couple of goes but always works! |

I cut a big section out of the top tube which helps when threading it thru. I then weld it back into place. Works every time |

or use sellotape around the top tube looks pikey but it works lol |
