I kept looking at this pic thinking but i can see two tyres, then i noticed the stabiliser Nice condition.
Are those early Skyways?

Not going to restore just gonna keep on display as is.
What years were they availiable?  Can you still get the little tyres?

Think it's great that the main tubes are Tomahawk forks

I searched all over the place for a set of tyres with no joy   the rear tyre is an absolute pig to re-fit  smile/mad.gif
