I found this picture of my brother on his Pavemaster cycle. This bike was handed down to me before I was bought a Grifter in 1976.

As you can see my dad put blocks of wood on the peddles so that my brother could reach them. I would love to find out some details about the Pavemaster, like who made it etc.

them blocks on the pedals are class...

think my dad did the same thing on one of my early bikes but i can't remember which one.

Thought you were going to do the Paris Robaix road race.
Its on Pave...loads of cobbles

Think I had a bike that had cable stirrup brakes like that.

OMG!! WOW a Pavemaster!!!!!!!!!! I had one of these at least 20 yrs ago at my grandads house to ride on round there! Never seen one since and no pics of mine either. Mine was blue and had a solid wheel on it!!
Ive got a Andy Ruffel BMX book and in it it says "I had a Pavemaster"
