Finally got a  hold  of  a  MKI. Me and  my  mate  have gone  halfs  on this  one as we  look to build up  our  stock he  is also waiting  on his  own  MKII Stars asnd  Stripes  coming  from  Essex.

That's lookin lovely - I love this colour!

It was a  bit  scrawny  when  it  came  in  but  everything  is  there, right  down to the  plastic  cable  clip and  all spring  clips  on the  frame also  no rips  on seat and  handlebars.
But after a  couple  of  nights  cleaning  I think  it  has  come up really well.

The  only thing  I need  is the  black  plastic   bit  for the  chain guard, so  if  anyone  has one  give  me a shout.

That's scrubbed-up lovely ...........the paintwork looks Tip-Top, Bronze is deffo the best colour for a Gifter IMO

I'll keep my eye out for a chainguard for ya

well done mate, so glad you got your mk1 on the end!! and it looks better than mine!! the chrome looks to be very good on this one! is it a '78 like mine or earlier?? anyway, top work, looking good! i will keep my eyes peeled fo a guard for you too!!

COOL!! my hub date is also 04 78 and the first few digits on mine are NM 8409 could be near sisters these two!!
