whats a dimple rim mate? its the dyno hub type wheel and chrome good...gear knob is a sturmey but is it correct?

Mines a 70 and it has not got a wheel like that , is it from an rsw ?

the gear knob only looks to be half the usual SA T knob and screwed onto the stick, they are cheap to get hold of though, even NOS ones are cheap on the bay.

The dimple refers to a raised area around the spokes as they enter the rim, pretty sure that wheel will be stamped Dunlop?

Loads of Chuppers have those wheels taken from tidy RSW's as Steve says, not sure you could get a MK2 with dynohub   it should be date stamped in the centre somewhere

Thanks for info..Its a sturmey wheel i assumed it was original... It does have dimples at nipples...gear knob is temporary i prefer the proper ones.

thats a dyno front wheel it should have a round chagne leaver like a mk1 as it was cross over year , also need a fornt mood gard and the raileigh lamp bracket a nother back rack would look good to , the front wheel is the same as a chopper i looked at people put them on after there chopper fazed out they are dunlop tires they was very cheap ,

The seat is well knackered and seatpost holder is not welded anymore..... That went and another mintyish seat was bought...sissy bars were removed successfully yesterday after weeks of failure....respray next...
