don't hate the chopper just because they hate the grifter
just ignore their childish jokes as what have choppers ever done to grifters

I love any old school bike but grifters best. I love my bomber and burner and ive also got a strange love for my commando but i dont know why!!!  

Its hard to forgive people when they publicly string up a grifter frame and then drag it through the streets of billing , exclaiming they hate grifters , and then have the nerve to try to sell of the bits they didnt wreck .

Anyway anyone know who won the grifter throwing contest ???????      
And wayne i know what you mean about the little commando , i am restoring mine as we spaeak or rather type.

if someone did that with a grifter then that just goes to show how sad they must be! Are we not grown ups? you wouldnt even catch a kid doing that! Silly boys.

I agree mate just twats who need to grow up. If i had a chopper i wouldnt do that to it even if they are not my thing i would rather sell it to someone who would enjoy it.

I know its only a couple of people who are like that most people who collect classic choppers appreciate the work thats gone into keeping grifters and any other classic bike on the road and away from the dump.  

twats are useful mate, choppers arent, they are the worst form of transport, A, you look ridiculous and B, they require more energy per metre than the mighty energy sapping Grifter. Seems a shame the Chupper boys cant have their annual meeting without having to gate crash a car show, roll on the Raleigh Rally

To be honest i had a look at the frame and it didnt seem to be too bad , but the road had massive furrows along it right round the site lol

hope grifter owners realise that if it wasn't for the c**pper the grifter may not have existed. a lot of the parts were carried over from one to the other, back wheel, brakes, levers etc

duh, the grifters not a chopper replacement col its the next generation in a line of kids bikes, like saying if it wasnt for the model A there wouldnt be a Mondeo  

I think that was raleigh just saving money col. Im glad the chopper is still around cos theres lots of lovley parts for my grifters!!!

All i can see on a chopper is lots of lovley grifter bits mmmmmmmmm  

Anyway back to me lol , the frame should be getting picked up in a week or so and then i can begin to rebuild it , i know some people dont like em but as has been said , its old skool so very cool
