OK new project time.

Have a boxer to work on and with the Xmas Grifter nearing completion and the weather being reasonable (there goes the summer) seems a perfect time.



Have already got some grifter mk1 mudguards which fit fine

Loved what oldskoolcool did with his boxer (especially adding the gears) and have managed to get hold of a RSW MkII (£8 at Castle Combe car boot this sunday).



The RSW was in fairly good condition (ie have already removed the rear hub and the boxer wheel is there for ease of movement at the moment).  The gears work  - just need a new chain toggle (on order) - and as the rear wheel is also a brake hub will get this working on the boxer as well.

Oh and the front dyno-hub works as well so that is going across to the boxer as well (although not too sure how will get the rear light moved yet)

Now do i rob the rest of the RSW for useful parts (lots of great raleigh nuts/bolts/brakes etc) or do i turn the RSW into a diablo red single speed cruiser?

Great stuff    I love the Boxer just as much as the Grifter and wish there was more on here, REALLY looking forward to seeing the build just make sure you take loads of pics!
Im doing a yellow boxer at the mo but still waiting for it to get back from the paint shop  :/

get that rsw built up,     im sooo lookin for a cheap one at the local dumps for my commuting bike  ;)

been letting the girl ride round on it during the summer and been playing with the RSW instead - see other projects for that one.  however have got some decals and know what colour pink is required...
