Got a chance to tinker with the blue one today, needed a new pedal arm and the cones sorting in the front wheel.
I've removed the mudguards as I never liked bombers with them fitted and for the first time in over 20 years I went for a hack on it, fantastic  



I'll be leaving this one a bit ratty until I have finished the black resto and seen what condition the new bombers' in when it arrives!

Good idea to do one at a time though.

Three was too many for me, so after a lot of thought I have decided to break this one up.
I only bought it for parts originaly and its provided me with nearly all I need for my black one.
I thought its better to have one top quality bike than 2 or 3 with odd good bits!
So I'm back down to 2 beauties.
The money I get from the sale of excess parts goes into my resto fund

Nice bomber you have there, my mate had the black one (my personal favorite) when i had my silver MK2 back in the day. Really lookin forward to seein these finished! good luck with your restos and keep the pics coming, everyone on here loves pics! most of all tho, have fun!!  

The frame has gone to another forum member to be modified
It should be at Billing at the end of the month all being well.
