Hi Guy's

I know a few of you have been following my Vektar and Wildcat Resto's so i thought i'd share with you my latest efforts.
Today i started to restore my Black and Red Raleigh Street Wolf. I happened across it by chance at the Raleigh Rally whan someone saw me riding past on my Wildcat. I along with the stall holder thought it a good idea to have my Wildcats little brother to keep him company. The deal was done for £10 and i brought the little fella home with me. I have only just managed to make a start on it and after a days work it is nearly complete and ready to join its brother up in the attic! I'll finish it tomorrow!

You tend to find that most of the Street Wolfs and Wildcats met their demise that way. A lot of them had their Wheels robed and when the plastics went out of fashion most were ripped off to reveal a kind of Burner. The Wildcats Mags are pants too! They aren't really worth pinching!    Shame really. Good for me though i suppose as it makes mine more unusall.

I don't think the GSX-R engine will fit. Something tells me it will be a little tight! I've got that motor put to one side ready for my Go-Kart project next year! I had planned to start it this winter but i've started decorating the house now and any spare time i get is used on my many bike resto's now so it will have to wait!

I know which ones you mean. The ones with 'Raleigh' stamped where the spoke meets the Rim.
The Street Wolf doesn't wear those one though? Neither does the Wildcat?

Hi Guy's

I am pleased to say that i have completed the restoration of my Street Wolf. I am pleased with how it turned out and all it needs to make mint is a pair of NOS pedals and a Decal for the control panel.
I took a few pictures of it before i took it up to the attic to join its big Brother! All i need now is a Wolf Cub to complete the trilogy. Anyone???

Hi Guys,

Look at what i got today. The final piece to my trilogy. A Raleigh Wolf Cub!

It is a late model as you can see because its red but never the less a Wolf Cub. I'm gonna paint it black to match the rest of my bikes and try to find a decent pic of the decals on a black one and get them made up.

Anyone got a decent pic of one?

I've a feeling that this should have a control panel fitted to the bars like the rest so i need to find one of those too!

i remembered them in black but by the time they had changed to the red model i had become too old to be interested in kids bikes!

Funny that as i'm really interested in them now!
