Hey I ripped the Dyno hub from my BSA 20 shopper.  Ive undone 25 spokes in it.  Snapped the other 3...
Then cleaned the hub.  It was covered in grimmy oil.  But theres just a tiny bit of corrosion.  Nice chrome.
Its a 7 77 hub date.
Gonna build it into an alloy rim from a Polish shopper bike.
Might power 2 spot light shaped lights that I got from the bike shop bargain bin, about 20 years ago.  They cost me 50p each.
Just bought 10 screw fit front dyno bulbs on Ebay.  Only bidder, so got them for 9p

I rebuilt the hub into its original rim.

So can test the Dynamo and hub a bit.

It gives great light.
Even better since I cleaned the connectors.

Oh wanting new connectors.  Have to see if I  can get them.  Got normal forked connectors on the Blue Falcons Dyno hub.  But want the big brass Strumey Archer ones

Have to calculate the spoke lengths for the smaller Diameter 20X175 rim
Then clean up an alloy rim for it

I got a dremel type drill in Aldi...well my sister did.  As I was asked to work.  Was asked to work today too.  But want to catch up on sleep.   Any way.  It was £15 from Aldi.  Got a couple of packs of accessories too.   Going to polish up the Alloy brakes and other parts with them.
