almost there !!!!

black and gold super frame, polished and old decals removed, new ones fitted, forks filed, mags with new tyres fitted, good seat, cut down mk2 rear guard, small amount of painting and polishing and it's ready to ride.

and before anyone says it ........ yes it is similar to mk2 custom by beth-death. but i like black mag wheels and think grifters look the cat's nuts in black , so there ............

Its your bike mate and you can do what you want with it. I like the raleigh chainwheel it looks cool with the black frame and other chrome parts. The short rear mudguards are so much better than the mk2 (in my opinion) they just make the bike look more mean and speedway like.

Are you going to keep the 4x2 wood stand!!!

I reckon mags look cool on Grifters, ive got the same Raleigh jobbies on a MK2

i will paint the rear guard - front needs a re-coat too .

need to finish polishing the front brake also .........

so much to do , no time to do it in !!!!!!

i take the chrome bits in doors and clean them while i watch the telly!!!
