the tyres were an after thought, id already decided on the flame idea when hrz spotted the sweetskinz so i had to give em a go. i have the bike out of storage at the mo and its in the hallway so i walk past it alot and i will say they do grow on you.

Yeah I like matt black bikes.

I did a MK1 Burner   was military theme.  Matt Black.  I even made the seat bolt and bar clamp bolt from wheel spindles   So I could use the same nuts and spanners on those parts.    But it was a yard bike.  So it got sold when it was too frosty to jump on a bike thats outside all the time.   I nearly slid into the car of the buyer....as it was icy.

Got a Apollo Vortice BMX now.  Its matt black.  Heres it on the day I got it from the Police station

I got it out of the river.  Put it in lost property.  Changed the bearings.  Might change the cranks too.

well i must appoligize for not posting for a while but i do visit occasionally at work but i cant log on.
what with the promotion and the stupid amount of overtime its difficult, but today i thought id spend a bit of time catching up. and do you know i am quite touched that people are still interested. as to the herbie grifter i will try to get him to get it out of his lock up and take some pics of them together.

but what i do have is some photos of his cars that were under the covers in some of the previous photos that i have posted
