Spent today shot blasting it

The only things i need to finish this build is a set of forks and the decals which i have covered really.

im going to rebuild the wheels with stainless spokes and anodized alloy nipples

ill respray everything and new decals, work shall resume on it tomorow  ;)

He never sent it and it was just taking to long and im sick of waiting and messing around, so im restoring this instead, and a fine resto it will be

its a better model anyway mate

I know, i prefered the super grifters, but im not really bothered now i like them all lol, check for some updates tomorow then matey

Thanks i will do mate, have any of you saw any of the burners im restoring ? just so you can get an idea on the "quality" of how i "get it on"    and also, im surprised none of you have said anything about the dodgy nickname yet

I found that i had 2 original Raleigh innertubes with not a single puncture




New Super Grips, still have my old ones, but id rather use new ones they will make the bike look much better

Thanks mate,I machine polished them with autosol after the G3, ive stripped 2 grifters to build a nice grifter so just about all the parts are mint condition , and ill restore it to a high standard like always

Ive never been to any bike shows or anything before, its 220 mile away from me, and i have no form of transport other than the grifter i will take :P, unless ive got a drivers license and car by then :P

i hope you pass your test by then mate  ;)  Ive been to sunderland before (stadium of light) went to see chelsea play there. Great food outside the ground and you get loads of it!!!

I used halo spokes and forged alloy nipples.
