It cant be a mk2 with that number (nb7 is feb 1977) so its a met blue mk 1. The wheel stamp of 12/76 would be about right as
Sturmey would of used a wheel from stock of around the same date.
It must have the rear mudguard bracket?

its a february 1977 frame and has a 77-12 hub
