i have to go next year heard so much about it

deffo worth going cotter pin, was there in 2007 but couldn't make it this year due to mixing up the dates and committing to a stag week end.  Don't want to miss 09 though as it seems to get better each year.

People i would love to get a whole load of grifters to Billing this year , i would say if you are unsure as to what meet to go to and YOU ONLY DO ONE MAKE IT THIS ONE, give them old chopper boys something to think about .
Last year we had about 15 with us and got some great feedback from lots of people , and i would love to be able to take up one whole side of the field by the fence , half way last year and fewer members

How cool would it be to do the magic roundabout with a whole load of grifters on their own , for those who dont know what its all about , its when the whole site is bought to a stand still by hundreds of bikes riding around the site in a HUGE convoy all blowing their horns and ringing bells its nuts it really is  

AND there are bargains by the thousand for all you grif fans , from bikes from a fiver to nos parts of all types

I suppose its usually held on a weekend? difficult due to work but........if i knew nearer the time. would need a trailer behind the caravan behind the truck to bring mine. Billing? Northamptomshire?

If im correct in my thinking , its always the first weekend in june so if that is right it will be the 6th - 7th june

I thought it was always the first weekend in June, if I remember right this year the weekend was end of may/start of June and that's how I messed up my planning...  Doh !

I dont want to go on the rcoc site so badly that I'll keep going to Billing every weekend from the beginning of May until I get the right weekend

How cool would it be to have a grifter from every year of build at billing all lined up on show , now that would be cool and im sure we could do it with out too much hassle

Well i sent the guy an e mail all very polite and all that but he has not replied to either me or us directly but it would appear that we are beginning to upset the balance of bikes and people are trying to have rational conversations on the rcoc site but it seems to be in vain .

What do members want to do about this , do we want to go along regardless and maybe come up against some friction or just camp there and bag all the goodies and have a really great meeting at the Raleigh rally . Personally i dont see a problem with us going there but may be hassle ahead .

If my grifters are not welcome then im not taking them mate.

Im still going but like you said only to bag the goodies!!
My van will be empty going there and hopefully full coming home!

If grifters are hated so much then they should be selling them cheap so bring on the bargains!!!  

I think the raleigh rally would be better for us grifter,boxer,striker and bomber boys and girls.

We may shock a few people when we turn up in big numbers at the raleigh event (the grifter scene is bigger than people realise!!)  

if i can make it down i will take a grifter or 2, what are they going to do about it????  

thats the spirit gus! I may throw a grifter or two in if others are. (well not throw, place!)  

The Raleigh Rally sounds like the best one to take bikes to, dont fancy spending much time around choppers as they make me nauseous
