Well done ginger, good work.
Hope they both go well. Sorry but dont think i will be able to get down to them, a long way from Halifax.
I am going to come to one this year but too far to travel to them all.
Sorry to highjack your thread but how many members would be interested in a Northern meet?
Anybody have any ideas like ginger, meeting at another meet?
Any of you southern members want to meet us flat cap lads and stroke our whippets?

I would definatley be interested in a Northern meet! Just name the place and date and i'll be there!!!

I don't mind traveling down south for the shows but if i spend too many nights away from home at 'stupid bike shows' the missus will have kittens!!!

Good idea! i love going to the classic car shows in the summer! there are loads in the lancashire area of the NW. I do not have exact dates of them, maybe the hoarder as a calender of events?? i know there is a big one in gisburn which has many exhibits which we maybe able to book a space perhaps..... just a thought, either way i would be on for a NW meet wherever! a meet at blackpool was mentioned at one stage... they have a new large area on the front now (part of the seafront renovation)which would be ideal for a grifter show off!! anyway, here's hoping....

Yes that's a good idea, but i have one small problem i would want to take my classic Austin as well!! and i cannot fit my Grifter's in it.

Gaz, I haven't got a list of the classic car events just yet, still waiting on a list from our club secretary.

Is the Amberly one likely to be on again next year. I'd like to attend some shows once my bike is rebuilt.
