Yes i know its a long way off but it got to be thought about :

I am planning to have two gazebos to keep us cool in the sunshine , one of which is going to have our banner attached to it , we are going to have a large bucket filled with ice water and adorned with beer , as well as soft drinks , i by then will have an electronic photo album as well as some traditional albums and restoration stories , should be a cool meet when it gets here

Same as last time , Basingstoke canal centre , loads of space , quiet and local see , agent oranges photos from there

During the day on saturday or sunday we can cruise down the basingstoke canal and go to a local park for a game of footy or just as a reason to cruise , feed the ducks/geese or swans or ride to a local pub for a bevvy or two

The main show is on the bank holiday friday , the 21st march then as the day goes on
I thought we could spend saturday turning up and chilling out and meeting each other , then on sunday we could go for a cruise around the local area , along the canal and a small pub crawl if you like then back for bbq and bike clean ups , .

What do you think , does this sound ok with you guys ?
