February saw some lovely Grifters on the forum. Cotterpins tidy blue and red Mk1's,Fatvansman rare GS and carlings Blue 76 Mk1's to name but a few. But the winner for me has to be Neil68's original Pre production Grifter. A Very rare bike and a piece of Grifter history that I'd never though I would of seen.

The pre mass production grifters started out a bit different to the ones raleigh put into full production. These bikes were shown around the bikes shops, put on display to see what people though and what the dealers thought. They had mx tyres, waterslide decals, skinny handlebar foam. They are very early may 76.
