won this off the ebay last weekend - going to be cleaning it up as much as poss then presenting it to my lad for his 6th birthday in a couple of months!

its a bit worse condition than i'd hoped, first cleaning shows the paintwork is pretty ropey, needs respraying really. some of the stickers are in a pretty bad way also.  will be getting trough a fair bit of wirewool cleaning all the chrome!!  will be keeping a look out for an xl seat

I was bidding on that! havent got the seat but have some wheels etc see you on saturday and you can take your pick!

oh! they maybe hard to find mate. I only asked as i have a mk1 boxer or strika seat. I have some small pedals but im not sure what they are i will look tomorrow.  ;)

only just got it, my top bid was £25.69 and it went for £25.61! i've got the pedals - didn't put them on for the pic though, they seem in fairish nick, similar to the rest of the bike.  had a little go at cleaning the wheels, came out not too bad.  will put a bit more effort in this week.  cheers for the offer of bits guys!  reckon the seat will probably be pretty tricky to find...

ahh mate i had a good seat & post for one of those a few months ago, sold it for next to nothing on ebay

   oh well - another one will turn up eventually, i hope.....

just spent a couple of hours on it, been going at the paint with some tcut, and a bit of wirewool on the chrome.  still looking pretty rough in alot of places though    will post up some pics when i get a chance

is that a custom tyre on the back of your strika there nineteenseventyone?  not sure i trust myself to ride on the little bikes - broke my lads trike a couple of years ago by being too fat for it

tyres the same size! i think its just another one of my optical illusion photography tricks, the rear of the bike is closer to the camera than the front
