The seat mounting may have fouled up? I think the MK1 Burner had the seat clamp mounting, I reckon they look pretty nifty

I've 2 of the same Strika as Warwick and they both have reflectors on the seat

me thinks raleigh were playing around i have the same bike but it has a two tone saddle and reflector on the seat clamp

The blue coloured seat model (seat similar diamond pattern to XL) Strika had seat clamp mounted reflector, the Boxer XL with red saddle had a mount off the rear mudguard

This seat came with the bike but with my limited experience I would say it is a Grifter seat it just looks too big for the bike. I will also take a detailed pic of where the reflector was. Which also reminds me of a Grifter Mk1 seat.

Oh any ideas where I might get Strika mud guards? and as far as I know it looks like someone will be selling some different Strika decals on eBad, I did ask if they were the Hollographic but he has not got back to me...

This is the right seat for the bike Warwick smile/thumb.gif You will struggle to find some mudguards on their own I would have thought, you my need to buy another complete bike to get them, but hey, think of the spares smile/!icon_lol.gif

Welcome to the forum swampy! cant wait to see the strika, i have a soft spot for them as i had a silver one back in the day and had many happy times as a young lad on it before graduating to the silver MK2! enjoy the forum bud
